TAPPING LUBRICANTS teel Plant Specialities offers non-corrosive, non-toxic and safe-to-handle coolants-cum-tapping lubricants (ESPON-TA) that are very useful in case of difficult to machine materials, like austenitic stainless steel, nickel base alloys and aluminium alloys. These tapping lubricants are designed primarily for improved tapping performance. They can also be used as additional coolants-cumlubricants in turning, milling, shaping, drilling or reaming where continuous cooling may or may not be provided. The tapping lubricants are very useful for manufacturers of machine tools, heavy machines, valves, pneumatic equipment, hydraulic systems, electrical fittings; and to every unit requiring machine tapping/hand tapping.
