WELDING ROTATORS nvin Engineers manufactures and offers high quality welding rotators that are used with various processes, such as SAW/ TIG/MIG/ARC, etc, with capacities up to 2000 tons. WELDING CONTROLLERS icroprocessor-based welding controllers offered by Asiatic Welders, are compact and user-friendly. Three consecutive programmable weld timings, viz, preheat, weld and anneal are provided with intermediate cool timings in one weld schedule to achieve high quality splash-free welding. Timings are set in terms of half cycles of mains supply frequency to get better resolution. Relay contact output is provided to actuate pneumatics of the welding equipment. Other features include: non-volatile memory to store up to 15 weld schedules; individual operations within weld schedules indicated by LEDs; built-in compensation against fluctuations in the mains supply voltage; single weld & repeat cycle mode selectable by toggle switches; and weld/no weld switches on front panels. The welding controllers are provided with separate firing pulse output for high rating water-cooled thyristors up to any capacity for use in higher rated resistance welding machines, like seam, spot, projection, butt welders, etc.
