The company offers heavy duty precision geared lathe machine- ETM 660. Its adjustable slip clutch eliminates tooth breakage caused by overload condition ( ETM 660 & ETM 800). The rapid movement is available in the apron box, which improves the efficiency. ETM 660 has centre height of 330 mm; swing over bed is 660 mm; swing over cross slide is 440 mm; distance between center is 2000/ 3000; swing in gap is 900 mm; length of gap is 250 mm; width of bed is 400 mm; and power of main motor is 7.5 Kw.
Aerotherm offers themic fluid heaters and hot water generators that have capacity ranging from 30,000 kcal/hr to 20,00,000 kcal/hr max. Operating temperature is 300°C for thermic fluid and 130°C for hot water. Concentric coils are made from MS seamless tube of asthma 106 GR-B. These unit are equipped with high efficiency oil/gas burner with air pre-heater arrangement that gives high thermal efficiency 87 ±2 per cent on NCV.
This is applicable in engineering industries, & machine tools industries.
