onger le grand couloir aux lustres impressionnants, descendre en cuisine par un escalator… les quatre enfants se laissent guider à travers le dédale. Ils sont sages comme des images, leurs grands yeux ouverts, attentifs au défilement de ce décor enchanteur. Arrivés dans le laboratoire de l’une des nombreuses cuisines de l’hôtel, les enfants reçoivent une toque et un joli tablier brodé à leur nom. Le plan de travail est prêt, le chef leur a concocté un joli programme : macarons aux petits fruits, sablés framboises et tartelettes choco-mûres.

he four children are led through the maze of corridors featuring impressive light fittings, and down to the kitchens on an escalator. They are as good as gold, their eyes full of wonder as they study the magical backdrop passing by. Once they arrive in the laboratory of one of the hotel’s many kitchens, the children are given a chef’s hat and a cute apron embroidered with their name. The plan of work is set, and the chef has devised a nice little programme for them, consisting of berry macaroons, raspberry shortcakes, and chocolate and blackberry mini-tarts.
