Accreditation The Higher Education and Training Awards Council – The Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC) was established under the Qualifications (Education and Training) Act 1999. It is the successor to the National Council for Educational Awards (NCEA). HETAC is the qualifications awarding body for third-level education and training institutions outside the university sector. The University of the West of England – The University of the West of England (UWE) is a modern, growing university in the thriving city of Bristol. The Institute of Legal Executives – The Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) is the professional body which represents 24,000 trainee and practicing Legal Executives. Its function is to enhance the role and standing of Legal Executives in the legal profession. The Institute has offered unparalleled access to a flexible career in law. The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland – The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA) is one of the main Irish accountancy bodies with in excess of 5,000 members and students. The CPA designation is the most commonly used designation worldwide for professional accountants and the Institute’s qualification enjoys wide international recognition. Its membership operate in public practice, industry, financial services and the public sector and cpa’s work in over 28 countries around the world. The Institute of Commercial Management – The Institute of Commercial Management (ICM) is the leading professional body for commercial and business development managers and an internationally recognised examining and awarding body for business and management students. The Digital Marketing Institute – The Digital marketing Institute provides practitioner-led, industry driven training and certification programmes in digital marketing. They are bridging the digital skills gap among marketers with courses and certification in digital marketing delivered by industry professionals.
