El programa abrió el año académico con una cena de bienvenida en el Real Café Bernabeu, situado en el estadio de fútbol Santiago Bernabeu. Acudieron a la cena los alumnos de esta nueva promoción así como profesores, antiguos alumnos y personal de IE Law School y la universidad de Northwestern.

The programme kicked off the academic year with a welcome dinner at the Realcafé Bernabeau located at the Santiago Bernabeu football stadium. Attending the dinner were current students, alumni, professors and administrators from both IE and Northwestern.
PwC- IE LAW SCHOOL: VII PROGRAMA MASTER EN ASESORÍA JURÍDICA Y FISCAL DE EMPRESAS (LL.M.) / LL.M. IN LEGAL & TAX PRACTICE El pasado 4 de septiembre, dio comienzo la séptima promoción del Master en Asesoría Jurídica y Fiscal de Empresas (LL.M.) para PwC, un programa de formación para nuevos profesionales que IE Law School desarrolla en estrecha colaboración con la firma internacional PwC Tax and Legal Services. El acto estuvo presidido por Santiago Íñiguez, presidente de IE University y Santiago Barrenechea, socio director de PwC Tax and Legal Services, quienes expusieron su visión acerca de la evolución del programa a lo largo de sus sucesivas promociones. También participaron en el evento Carlos de la Pedraja, director de de los Programas Jurídicos y Fiscales (LL.M.) de IE Law School; Joaquín Latorre y José Félix Gálvez, socios de PwC Tax and Legal Services; Fernando Martínez, director de PwC Tax and Legal Services; y Mar Hurtado, directora de Admisiones de IE Law School. Todos coincidieron en que la fórmula de simultanear la rigurosa formación técnica que
brinda IE Law School con la adquisición de una gran experiencia profesional dentro de la firma permite a los alumnos desarrollar sus habilidades técnicas y obtener una visión más completa del asesoramiento jurídico y fiscal, para así descubrir y explotar todo su potencial. El acto finalizó con un cóctel en el que los representantes de PWC e IE Law School pudieron intercambiar impresiones con los nuevos alumnos.
It is our pleasure to announce that this past 4 September IE Law School commenced the VII annual intake of the LL.M. in Legal & Tax Practice for PwC. This programme is specially designed for young professionals of the international firm PwC Tax and Legal Services. The opening ceremony was presided by Santiago Íñiguez, President of IE University, and Santiago Barrenechea, Managing
Partner of PwC Tax and Legal Services. Each spoke of their vision of the evolution of the programme over the past years. Also participating in the event were: Carlos de la Pedraja, Director of LL.M. programmes at IE Law School; Joaquín Latorre and José Félix Gálvez, partners of PwC Tax and Legal Services; Fernando Martínez, Director of PwC Tax and Legal Services; and Mar Hurtado, Director of Admissions for IE Law School. All agreed that the formula of combining rigorous technical training from IE Law School with top level professional experience in the firm allows students to develop their technical skills and obtain a more complete vision of tax and legal practice; thus allowing them to develop and exploit all of their potential. The ceremony finished with a cocktail in which representatives from both PwC and IE Law School were able to exchange ideas with the new students.
