Blair Butler Blair Butler is a television writer based in Los Angeles. She is also a correspondent for the G4 program, "Attack of the Show," and wrote the mini-series Heart at Image Comics. A LICIA FERNANDEZ Ohmybug is Alicia Fernandez (Barcelona, 1990), a young illustrator and comic artist based in Barcelona, Spain and a student at the prestigious Joso School of Comic and Graphic Arts. Her interest in the perception of reality and the dream world also defines their illustration work. Interested in comics, she also studied one year in a script school. E LLISE HEISKELL Ellise Heiskell grew up so far out in the middle of nowhere that it might as well have been outer space. She's worked as a DJ, a bookseller, edited manga and worked in the anime industry. She loves writing strange stories, 70s–80s scifi/fantasy movies, small dolls with large heads and may have seen The Cat from Outer Space one too many times at an impressionable age.
J OELLE SELLNER Joelle Sellner began her career as an advertising copywriter, writing award-winning print, radio and television ads for clients such as Lexus, In-NOut Burger, and Kleenex. While working fulltime, Joelle also began writing animation, starting with an animated series featuring the Olsen Twins: Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action. Since then, she’s written for shows including Teen Titans, Jackie Chan Adventures, Shin Chan, Secret Saturdays, Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and Ben 10: Omniverse. Her animated web series work includes Mattel’s Monster High and Samurai! Daycare, for Smosh’s Shut Up! Cartoons channel. She’s also written comics for DC, Marvel and is currently writing her first graphic novel. Joelle graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a graduate of the Warner Bros Sitcom Writers Workshop, Best Screenplay winner at the 2010 La Femme Film Festival and a WGA member.
M AARTA LAIHO Maarta was born and raised in the midcoast mountains of Maine, where she spent her childhood befriending the local wildlife population and obsessing over dinosaurs. She later graduated from The Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in Sequential Art, where she further expanded her love for visual storytelling and worldbuilding. Currently she works as a freelance artist, and eventually hopes to one day self-publish her webcomic MadWillow.
