IB: When and where did you shoot the “Mountain Twerker” video? Darrell: We shot it in Kingston Springs, TN in early November at the Lyles’ farm. It took about seven hours and five cases of cold beer. IB: Who were the other musicians and vocalists on the cut?

Daryl: Our cousins Austin Ward and Deanie Richardson lended their musicianer talent to the recording. We think they did a real good job. Everything else was done by us. Cousin Marcia Campbell of WSM Radio led the choir in the video. Darrell: Another cousin of ours from East Tennessee, Clint Keller, is a professional video man that goes to Carson-Newman College. He filmed and edited the video.

IB: How much did it cost to produce? Darrell: That’s hard to say. A lot of good friends and volunteers participated, but we bought snacks and drinks for everyone, paid Cousin Clint his normal fee, and spent our own time arranging the shoot. It all fell into place without us spending a ton of money, but we were very lucky.
