1 Step APPLY FOR ADMISSION Complete your application either online or through a printed version. Submit a paper application to the Admissions Office at the campus nearest you or mail it to: Central Carolina Community College Admissions Office, 1105 Kelly Drive, Sanford, NC 27330. Or, click on “Apply Now” on the college’s website, www.cccc. edu, to complete an application online. There is no cost to apply. 8 STEPS To get you started at CCCC 2 Step SEND OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS You will need to send the CCCC Admissions Office an official transcript from your high school, GED program, college, or vocational school. Official college transcripts are reviewed for applicable transfer credit towards your program of study. If you are pursuing an Allied Health program or using Veterans Benefits, you will be required to submit official transcripts from all colleges attended. 3 Step TAKE A PLACEMENT TEST Before you can register for classes, you’ll need to take placement test. SAT, ACT, Compass, Asset, or Accuplacer scores within the past five years are acceptable. Students may also present an official college transcript showing successful completion of an appropriate English and/or Math course. If needed, contact the appropriate campus to schedule a placement testing appointment. Select appropriate academic year, include CCCC’s federal school code (005449), and sign your application electronically utilizing your PIN (www.pin.ed.gov). Note that the process can take four to six weeks. No financial aid can be awarded until all admission requirements are complete.
