To All ‘LIMERS’! This year 2011, we hosted our first Carnival fete–LIME–the ultimate all-inclusive fete! Our aim was to provide a different fete experience with superior service, exciting cuisine, fantastic entertainment and above all great fun. In addition, we will make a donation to United Way for the Christ Child Convalescent Home. The success of LIME would not have been possible without your support and we thank you for liming with us. Spa Esencia LIME Fitness Challenge

Taste of LIME FORBIDDEN LIME Base spirit: 2 oz. Patron tequila Supplementary Liquor: 1/2 oz. Midori Mixers: 1 1/2 oz. Sour apple, 1 oz. lime juice, 1 oz. simple syrup Ice: Crushed ice Glassware: Rock glass Garnish: Apple slice and lime wheel Method: Pour Patron, Midori,
lime juice and simple syrup into
Boston shaker half-filled with ice. Flash blend ingredients. Place two apple slices in glass, pour ingredients and garnish.

LIME TIME Base spirit: 1 1/4 oz. 1919 Angostura rum Supplementary Liquor: 1/2 oz. Peach
Schnapps, 1/2 oz. Midori, 1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
Mixers: 2 oz. Orange juice, 1 oz. mango juice, 1 oz. lime juice Ice: Crushed ice Glassware: Champagne glass Garnish: Lime wheel Method: Pour 1919 rum, peach schnapps,
blue curacao, Midori, orange juice, mango puree and lime juice into shaker half-
filled with ice. Shake ingredients. Place Blue Curacao in glass, fill frosted glass with crushed ice, pour ingredients and garnish.
