Thorough discussions of real estate fundamentals, accompanied by practical examples, gives students the information they need to pass the state licensing exam. This course satisfies the 75-hour requirement as mandated by New York State Division of Licensing Services. Students will acquire the knowledge and technical understanding of the business of real estate management and real property investment methodology.
