Real Estate Salesperson’s License This real estate pre-licensing course provides an overview of the principles and practices of New York real estate. Thorough discussions of real estate fundamentals, accompanied by practical examples, gives students the information they need to pass the state licensing exam. 22.5 Hours of Continuing Ed for Real Estate Sales Agents New York State real estate agents must complete 22.5 hours of approved real estate continuing education every 2 years prior to license renewal. This course is designed to meet those requirements by covering topics such as fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property, and interest in real property.

Basic Property Management This New York State approved continuing education course provides a level of study geared towards individuals that are involved in or interested in construction and development and real estate management industries. Zoning Compliance Provides an understanding of the important zoning issues affecting real estate development. Topics covered include New York State and City Zoning Code Compliance, basic review of NYC Building Codes, researching the feasibility of a development for construction, understanding Zoning Board and Bureau of Standards Appeals (BSA) approval processes and the basic community real estate tax
