Medical & Health Clinical Medical Assistant A Clinical Medical Assistant can pursue employment as a healthcare professional in a physician's office or clinical setting. Clinical Medical Assistants assist with procedures, caring for patients, performing simple laboratory tests and administering medications. This program provides an excellent training opportunity for anyone with a desire to work in the thriving healthcare field helping people. Tuition assistance is available for those who qualify. Pre-assessment test in Math and Reading required prior to registration Pharmacy Technician Certification Program NEW Build your pharmacy technician career in an industry that is booming. As the healthcare industry grows, the need for pharmacy technicians is only going to increase. Take part of this growth with our Pharmacy Technician Program, this course will introduces the fundamental concepts of the profession, Principles of Patient Care, Pharmacy Law, Pharmacology, Human Anatomy, Medical Terminology and Pathophysiology. Students will learn about the top medications dispensed in the United States and be introduced to the basic concepts of pharmacy calculations for proper medication dispensing. Whether you’ll work in pharmacies, including those found in grocery and drug stores, and in hospitals, you’ll be an important part of a rewarding profession. All students must purchase a lab coat prior to class start date-estimated cost of $15.
