There is an ongoing demand for qualified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide to work in client's private home and in assisted living facility. Candidates must read at 6th grade level as determined by an assessment test. HHA duties include assisting client in personal care, accompany to medical appointment, shopping, paying bills etc. Course contact hours -75 hours classroom plus 7 hours supervised clinical internship. Textbooks, uniform, and exam fee not included in tuition.

Certified Nursing Assistant Program (CNA) The increase in longevity and changes in the health care system has created an increased need for educated and skilled Nursing Assistants. Our CNA program is an excellent opportunity for you to acquire the occupational skills necessary to secure employment as a CNA. These jobs are ideal for people seeking flexible hours working in nursing homes, hospitals, doctors’ offices and health care facilities. Program includes: Anatomy & Physiology, Fundamentals of Patient Care and rotation in a residential health care facility. CPR/AED certification required. (See page 22 for additional information).
