A s we age we often wonder if someone could put us in a home or dismiss us easily. For dogs that’s reality. Many senior dogs are discarded like furniture. Get to know some of our senior dogs. These sweethearts would have been put to sleep had we not stepped in. Now they are looking for their Fur-ever homes. BULL is a 7 yr old male beagle. He is large for a beagle, but completely docile. He found himself in a high kill shelter with severe ear infections. He was to be euthanized for this. Pet’ographique OSCAR is an 11 yr old male beagle. Also found to be in a high kill shelter facing death for ear infections. He is completely lovable. Pet’ographique ALBERT is a 10 yr old male beagle. He was dumped in the high kill shelter when his owner died. He was to be euthanized for being morbidly obese. He is a cuddlier. Pet’ographique SKIPPY is a 7 yr old male beagle. When his owner was tired of him, they dumped him in the backyard and stopped caring for him. He came to us scared and with a big mass on his head. It is great to see him finally coming out of his shell. Pet’ographique We can only imagine what these guys and many others have gone through. Won’t you consider helping others like them? If you cannot handle responsibility of ownership, perhaps you would consider providing a foster home for senior dogs which are harder to place into permanent homes. Southern Nevada Beagle Rescue Foundation will take care of the cost. You need not worry about their medical bills. Call us for information at 702-493-9779 or visit our website at www.southernnevadabeaglerescue.com and fill out a foster application. We cannot save all of them but each of us can help save one.
