The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story

For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.

Gary's Story

My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.

HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.

Focused on Your Future

Collaborative Law: Helping Parting Couples Find Peace While you’re going through a divorce, you will be inclined to dwell on the past. But to find resolution, you need to focus on the future. With Collaborative Law, we can help you prepare for a healthy new start by reaching an agreement with your spouse that takes the priorities of both of you into account. Collaborative Law minimizes conflict and embraces transparency to lessen the mental and emotional damage that divorce can cause. It gives both parties control over the process. While proving to be successful across the country, the concept of Collaborative Family Law is new to Indiana, but we’re quickly discovering it’s the best way for many families to move forward in a civil, respectful way. 6

Parties retain separate attorneys, and all four people work together as a team. By pledging not to go to court, spouses retain control of important decisions, such as matters concerning children and finances. The process focuses on mutual respect and open discussions as both lawyers work toward the same result. Not only are individual concerns addressed, but they often can be solved more quickly out of court, saving money and emotional stress. The end of a marriage already weighs on you enough. Don’t make the divorce a battlefield. Begin with respect, and you can find a peaceful new beginning. Mary Foley Panszi and Daun A. Weliever, trained and experienced in collaborative law, can guide you smoothly through this difficult life transition.

Shelly Aristizabal Business Women Connect

How Goal Setting Actually Works by Shelly Aristizabal You only see, experience and get what you look for. If you don’t know what to look for, you certainly won’t get it. By our very nature, we are goal-seeking creatures. Your brain tries to align your outer world with what you are seeing and experiencing in your inner world. When you instruct your brain to look for the things you want, you will begin to see them. This is actually how the Law of Attraction really works. It is not some mysterious, esoteric voodoo, as it is sometimes described. It’s far simpler and more practical than that. We are surrounded by billions of visual, audio and physical messages each day. To keep ourselves from going crazy, we ignore 99% of them. You only really see, hear or experience those you focus your mind on. Make sense? It’s not mysterious at all; it’s actually quite logical. Whatever your mind is thinking on the inside is what it will pay attention to on the outside. All of a sudden, you ‘see’ it. Get a clear vision of your passions and dreams then set goals to achieve those dreams. When you define your goals, you give your brain something to focus and look for. 10-Point Checklist for Goal Setting 1. Don't Just Think It -- Ink It! The weakest ink is stronger than the strongest mind. Unless you write your goals, they are often lost in the shuffle and excitement of new problems, challenges and decisions. 2. Suspend Reality If you had every skill, resource or ability in the world, what would you do? What would you set out to accomplish? Don't filter, qualify or judge. Just let your thoughts flow. You’re not committing at this point, just brainstorming - so just go for it! 3. Go BIG! Size DOES matter...Bigger is Better! LOL! Your mind doesn't care about the size of your

goals. If you set little goals you'll achieve little goals, set big goals - achieve big goals! Give yourself permission to dream big! Scripture says, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you." 4. Speak Positive Decide what you want to move toward, not move away from, and speak in those terms. Example: "I am my ideal weight of 125 lbs. by June 1," vs. "I want to lose 20 lbs." or "I have a positive net worth of $1 million by August next year," vs. "I want to get out of debt." 5. State in the "I am" Make statements in the first person present, "I am X", vs. "I want X." Your creative power will go to work on producing what you have declared to be true. 6. Your Goals Many people set goals that they think they "should", rather than what they truly want for themselves. 7. Make Sure Your Goals Align With Your Values Goals must fit your own values, standards and desires. 8. Don't Be Afraid to Fight One of the best days of your life can be the day you find your fight. What are you willing to fight for? 9. Abandon Limiting Beliefs What self-talk, false beliefs and ideas are holding you back? Are you willing to overcome and grow? 10. Fear Not Reflect on the powerful quote by Marianne Williamson “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure...”

Be Your Own Best Friend Low self-esteem generally occurs for two reasons. It is a result of how you were raised and validated as a child. The second greatest contributor to low self-esteem is the significant events that have occurred as you were growing up in childhood or adulthood. The good news is that if you suffer from low self-esteem, you as an adult can correct the wrongs that happened to you in your past. It takes work, discipline, and a positive belief that you are worth it to increase self-esteem. The number one statement that people make when they feel low self-esteem is," I am not good enough.” Did you experience a lot of negative messages as a child? This may have left you feeling disempowered and “less than.” Perhaps your parents were discouraging or told you could not accomplish things in your life, just as insidious…they may not have been available to you. Perhaps your parents were not around to validate you or identify your strengths. This typically happens when a parent is an alcoholic, a workaholic, or negative. It can be difficult as a child to combat that reality with positive selfesteem. As an adult, this requires that you identify what your strengths are and remind yourself of your own potential. In layman's terms this may look like the following: 1) Reminding yourself daily of your own internal strengths. This means looking in the mirror and telling yourself that you are confident, capable, kindhearted, smart, intuitive, and loving. 2) You may need to practice making statements to yourself that an ideal parent would have told you as you were growing up. This may sound like the following: • I know you don't feel like you can ask for the promotion, but truly you are ready for this assignment and would do an excellent job performing your new work duties. • Or, I know you're afraid to date since your nasty divorce, but you have so much to 22

offer another person and need to practice having fun with the Carol Juergensen Sheets opposite sex. Talking to yourself like the ideal parent would remind you to be kinder and gentler to yourself and to take risks that you deserve to experience. Many woman experience losses that take a hit on their self-esteem such as a divorce, the inability to go to college, their own divorce, or the loss of their child. In these types of situations, it is important to be your own best cheerleader. This might look like the following: • You are on your way home from work and you get a speeding ticket. Instead of telling yourself you're stupid, unobservant and a screw-up… You tell yourself that this was a good life lesson to remember to slow down and that perhaps this saved you from an accident if you had continued to speed. • Your husband asks you for a divorce. You feel rejected, sad, and worthless as a wife. This circumstance would require that you look at how you can grow from the situation and how you might be better off. You might tell yourself that this will give you a chance to know yourself, spend more time with the kids, and explore what you really want in life. It may sound unrealistic but it works if you work it. The important thing is to practice the skills dutifully so that they become part of your coping mechanisms and encourage you to feel good about yourself no matter what the circumstance. Be your own cheerleader…your self-esteem will thank you! Carol Juergensen Sheets LCSW PCC is a psychotherapist and personal life coach. Why the Prenuptial Should Be Part of Wedding Preparations by Tamie Jo Morog Many people believe that if you really love and trust your fiancé you don’t need a prenuptial agreement; or asking your fiancé to sign one may cause them to think that you’re not serious about marriage. Nothing could be further from the truth. Signing a prenuptial shows that you are indeed serious about the marriage and that you want the marriage to last. It also, however, provides a safety net for your financial future. This is true whether it is your first marriage or a successive marriage. Without a prenuptial your assets could fall into the hands of the wrong people, children from a spouse’s previous marriage, or to their parents, etc. You may also have to pay debts that you had no part in creating. Prenuptials make sense if: you will inherit or be gifted large sums of money, own a business, have more wealth than the person you are going to marry, will be supporting your spouse through college, your fiancé has debt at the time of marriage, or if you foresee a big increase in your income during the marriage.

Parents of Millennials should encourage executing a prenuptial. A prenuptial would have the benefit of protecting any inheritance or gifts the Millennials may receive during their marriage. Many people have retirement accounts that will be passed to the next generation. Without a prenuptial, these assets are subject to division in a divorce. In a divorce proceeding, Indiana law gives a judge the right to set off any gifts or inheritances received during the marriage to the party who received the asset(s). Having a prenuptial at the time of dissolution can save a lot of attorney fees. Prenuptial agreements are an essential document for anyone considering marriage. With many weddings costing at least $15,000, it is wise to consider the cost of a prenuptial agreement as a wedding cost. If you or someone you love is getting married this spring, I encourage you to contact an attorney to obtain a prenuptial agreement.
