MENU In order to create your Food Truck and food concept profile at www.hiiyou.org/catering, we would like you to submit the following. Send us your menu with the name, description and/or the ingredients of the dish. We encourage you to use organic produce if possible, because this is a priority and basis of Food Truck selection for many customers.

MENU A 3 Course menu meal and vegetarian dish is not for everybody. If you wish to stay true to your concept, you are welcome to do so. We just present you ideas and suggestions based on our experience.

We are introducing a concept called “Taste the World” on our own upcoming events, where customers can purchase vouchers that entitles them to tasting samples from 5 Food Trucks. In this context, we would like you to prepare a sample of your signature dish so you can sell it to us for kr. 15,The tasting sample must be about 1/3 the size of your regular dish or about 100-120 gram.

In order to make potential customers have an idea of how unique your Food Truck is, it is a good idea to have a good picture of it on the website. Take several pictures of the entire truck from different angles, so that we have something to choose from. Make sure there is good lighting, so your Food Truck can shine through.

T H E FOOD Producing great food pictures can be a challenge, but in order for you to sell your concept the best way possible and make potential customers book you through the website, you have to take pictures in high resolution. Great pictures of delicious food will surely capture the interest of customers.

Y OUR F OOD TRUCK TEAM It is a really good idea to send us pictures of your Food Truck team and the people who are working in the truck – with a big smile on their faces. The first impression is important, so make sure that you and your team looks happy and presentable. Send us several photos we can choose from. Our professional photographer will also take photos of you and your team with your customers when you participate on our own events.

CO N C E P T D E S C R I P TION On your profile, webpage visitors can read about your food concept and why they should book you for their next event. It is a good idea to write a welcoming text that represents you and your concept the best. We advise you not to write a very long description – a shorter text is better so the customer’s interest can be caught quickly and they can form a picture of what you have to offer.
