Boil Pasta according to package directions for al dente. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Stir to mix ingredients throughout pasta. Add dry ingredients, Italian dressing and vinegar. Mix all ingredients to taste.

Add flour. Add milk and cream ½ cup at a time and combine. Fold in coconut and extracts. Pour into prepared pie crust. Sprinkle 1 T. coconut over pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
