Summary Notes: Welcome & Introductions Christian Guntert, City of Victorville, welcomed the group. In person and phone introductions followed. Project Roundtable Samantha Dodero, SJVCEO, thanked everyone for their attendance and asked Maya Aubrey and John Rensch, SCE, to lead the review of projects that are on the March project listing or are items that are in the pipeline with partners. City of Adelanto:  Well 6 complete and is customer is awaiting payment.  Three sites, Police Dept., Senior Center and Water Yard have had their First Fuel audits completed. MA is awaiting email on scheduling of webinar to discuss results with the city.  Influent well from CIP list and moving forward with. Still waiting on more technical information from city before moving forward. City of Victorville:  Well 206 is complete, IR approved.  Wells 203 and 207 have been approved to be extended and will be eligible until September 2016.  CG stated that Arnold from the city will have well 203 completed by the end of May. Hesperia:  First Fuel audit shows good opportunity for savings and still waiting to connect to schedule a meeting. Apple Valley:  An onsite survey was conducting of two of the city gyms and that has turned up lighting opportunities in one of the lighting programs within SCE.  Golf course project looks good and pumping incentives look good and OBF is on track.  Joseph Moon, Apple Valley, stated that with an outage the town has had a few well pumps go out. John Rensch to look into immediate work on those items. JM and JR to connect after meeting on the item. Program Updates Holly Merrihew, SCE, gave a quick update on any items that cover SCE updates and or partnership items. HM stated that DI will be coming through the high desert this summer and hope everyone is geared up for that. She stated that there has not been much traction with DI in Barstow. She will need to see if the contractor will circle back through the area when they complete the three other areas since there is opportunity in the city. HM also stated that she will need to connect with Belen Cordero, Adelanto, regarding the additional building that the city would like completed for DI. MA, SCE, let the group know of the updated 2016 Solutions Directory that is now available. She stated that the partners will be receiving a link to the updated copy this week. If partners have any questions or concerns they can address those with their respective account representative. MA also brought up now is the time to start thinking about demand response programs. She would like to see if any of the partners may have qualifying equipment and or buildings that they may be interested in enrolling. Next Meeting: July 7th, Hesperia


Also she would like to access if there are any sites that should not be on the DR programs before summer hits. For more DR information please reach out to either Maya Aubrey or John Rensch. HM stated that normally during this time she likes to go over each partners ELP tier level review. With the absence of the tier level information the conversation will be taken offline and or continued at the next meeting. Other Business SEEC Update HM addressed the upcoming SEEC Conference that will be happening on June 15th and 16th in Riverside. She stated that it will be a great opportunity for the partners to network with SANDBAG communities as well as learn about best practices and address concerns with state level officials who will be in attendance. If any of the partners are interested in attending they can contact Samantha Dodero, sdodero@pesc.com, to have them registered. CISR Form Items Sarah Farell, SJVCEO, gave a brief update on needed items from partners. SF is still in need of CISR forms from Barstow and Victorville. She will be in contact with those partners. Marketing Update SD, SJVCEO, stated that she has had a marketing sub-committee meeting with Dan Sousa, Hesperia. She stated that the domain name as well as logo redesign were discussed. After discussion SD has gone back to the group regarding the domain change. The first proposed name was highdesertenergypartnership.com while the second proposed name was HDenergypartners.com. SD stated that she would like to get consensus on the name before moving forward. The group was all in agreement and SD will move forward with the purchase of said domain name. SD also stated that SJVCEO will be going back out to bid for the logo redesign. We are in need of updated pricing as well as a wider variety of designers. She will keep the partners up to date before moving forward. OBF Update MA wanted to let the partners know that there is still 12 million sitting in the pot for OBF in 2016. She urges all partners to look into how they can take advantage of the funds. Meeting schedule Partnership meetings will now be held every other month as proposed by the partners. Meeting schedule will be as follows for the rest of 2016: July 7th, Hesperia, September 1st, Barstow, November 3rd, Adelanto. HM hopes that participation stays up even though the partnerships saving goal has already been met for 2016. She hopes that the partners build upon the momentum from 2016 to carry over to 2017. HM would be interested in diving into the CIP list from each partner to identify projects for 2017. Conclude Meeting ended at 10:45 a.m.
