A Personal Leadership Development Program Thursdays, September 20 - December 13 8:00 - 11:00 AM Higher Education Center @ HEAT This leadership program is designed to enhance the skills of today’s local leaders. Sessions lead forward-thinking and change-oriented leaders through a ten-session program in which they will engage in pursuit of a personal mission and vision. Sessions will focus on making an impact on the community and the corporate bottom line. Specific program topics include: • Engaging a team • Leading from strength • Leading through growth and change • Analyzing stakeholder talents and strengths • Creating alignment around mission and vision • Assessing strengths and expectations relative to roles • Making ethical choices and decisions in crisis situations Modeled after the Harford Leadership Academy, the program further challenges local leaders to meet the highest standards possible. Graduates from the Academy will be well positioned to apply and given first consideration, although that is not a requirement or a guarantee of acceptance. Enrollment is limited to 24 participants. Applicants must be in a leadership position, and live or work in Harford County. Applications will be reviewed by a designated selection committee. Program cost is $750, which is due upon selection.
