This professional development program for human resource professionals utilizes the study materials of the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Learning System. It is designed to give human resource specialists the latest information and management tools for successful performance in their profession. It also helps prepare participants for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) National Examination for both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications. Discount is provided for members of SHRM or SHRA; proof of membership must be provided at registration or at the first class. Bill Beddow, who is PHR certified, teaches the course.
