Before the Big Day... Dates fill up quickly in Harbor Country, so secure your venue, caterer, photographer, & florists early. There is a 3 day waiting period in Michigan for a marriage license. Plan accordingly. Apply for your marriage license online at: berriencounty.org/CountyClerk/Marriage LicenseApplication Check for local events that coincide with your wedding date that may affect lodging availability. Book your lodging early and be aware that many facilities have minimum stay requirements. If you are planning a beach wedding, there may be special limitations.
