Το ηχητικό µέρος συµπληρώνει το οπτικό και συµβάλλει στο να αποδοθεί στην ολότητα του το όραµα του καλλιτέχνη για το δηµιούργηµα του. Μερικές φορές όµως είναι εξίσου ενδιαφέρον να παίρνει τον πρωταρχικό ρόλο η µουσική και να συµπληρώνεται από την εικόνα. USIC, ALONG WITH IMAGE AND EXPERIMENTATION is one of the basic elements of a video art work. The audio aspect completes the visual one and contributes to the materialization of the vision of the artist in its entirety. Sometimes though it is equally interesting to let the music take the leading role and the image the supporting one. νAfter the end of the projections, Athens Video Art Festival includes live music events from remarkable artists that have a special relationship with video art and experimentation in general, with sounds that travel us, make us think and dream, and create new images.
