Attend a production of “East of the Sun and West of the Moon,” a story about a brave young girl adapted from a Norwegian folk tale. A great white bear visits a peasant family who is struggling to stay alive. The bear promises the parents great riches if they let their daughter, Tove, come live with him. Knowing that it will help her brothers and sisters who are starving, the noble girl agrees to go. She makes the long journey to the bear’s home only to discover that he is actually a prince who has been enchanted by a troll. She falls in love with him, but then he is taken by the trolls to a land east of the sun and west of the moon. She boldly begins a dangerous journey to save him from a terrible fate. Join the talented Teens On Stage Conservatory for this great adventure! Afterward, enjoy a Q & A session with the cast and crew, a pizza dinner, and three theatre workshops. Adult spaces will be limited; please adhere to safety ratios.
