Financial Assistance We believe that all girls should have the opportunity to benefit from the life-changing camp experience. We recognize that it may not be possible for all families to afford camp fees. Depending on available funding, a limited amount of financial assistance may be available to cover part of the camp fees for a single session of camp. Applicants for financial assistance must be a registered Girl Scout in Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains. You may request financial aid during the online registration process or on the paper registration. You must register and pay the $25.00 deposit for a session before applying so that the spot is available for you. If you do not receive financial assistance, or if the amount received is not enough for you to attend, the $25.00 will be returned. Refunds will only be issued before the program takes place.

Financial assistance applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. All requests for financial assistance will receive a response. Each girl may have only one opportunity to use financial assistance per year.
