Pivotal Tracker is an agile project management tool that’s helps developers collaborate effectively, plan based on realistic estimates, and effectively respond to customer service. Survey Capabilities One of the best ways to generate ideas, especially from outside of your employee base, is through surveys or consultations. Both private and public sectors need an effective way of gathering public opinion for a variety of ends. We’ve worked with The Independent Commission on Mental Health and The Social Innovation Partnership to create a survey on the London Metropolitian Police, with the analysis of the responses culminating in a report published May 2013 that will generate actionable recommendations.

Competition Extention Competitions are another way to generate ideas and responses with audiences or customers. While a variety of competition applications exist, very few of them focus on not only generating those ideas, but having the capacity to examine and analyse them, even tiwh an expert panel. We helped Digital London create the backbone for the Startup Challenge that gained 30 entries, generated 3,000 votes from the public, attracted over 9,000 unique visitors, and helped provide significant buzz for Digital London’s main event.
