ongtime Soho gourmet food take-out joint Olive’s will open an outpost inside Brookfield Place — the underconstruction iteration of the World Financial Center. Olive’s is the latest eatery to sign onto the upscale food court, known as the Dining Terrace, which is set to open this year.
