Aid Your Game

I’ve

come across a lot of training aids and to be honest, many don’t quite make the cut. Every now and then, however, I’m introduced to a product that immediately shows its value helping golfers better feel the proper movements of the golf swing. The Tour Pure Swing Trainer by Dominus Golf does just that and a little bit more. The key to hitting great golf shots is really rooted in the player’s understanding of how to properly use their equipment. Your golf club is built in a manner that encourages 3 basic movements, which many golfers unfortunately miss. The Tour Pure Swing Trainer cleverly helps you make the connection between equipment and functionality in a manner that allows you to quickly transition into hitting better golf shots.

Plane Your golf club is built by the manufacturer to sit on an angle that leans away from the target line. This is the angle the club should be swung on in order to facilitate centered contact, proper divot depth and online hits. The Tour Pure Swing Trainer allows 56

you to effortlessly see and feel this swinging action. Swing half way back and through making each side of the swing mirror itself. You’ll notice the device not only makes seeing proper swing plane easy, but the weighing of aid itself makes the club feel light and in balance when in the perfect position.

This circular swinging motion should be accompanied by a club face that rotates in conjunction with the arc as well. The unique weighting design of the Tour Pure Swing Trainer trains the proper face rotation through impact helping make your slice a thing of the past!

Strength Compression The next design feature integral to a perfect strike is the fact that every golf club is built to lean a bit towards the target as well. This forward leaning component, when utilized properly, is what applies “pressure” to the ball during the hit leading to maximum compression and a long flight. The Tour Pure Swing Trainer is built with a shaft that is angled a bit more than usual. When swinging the Tour Pure, this alignment naturally delivers the hands well ahead of the ball into the hit helping you capture the “feeling of greatness.”

Rotation By virtue of the fact that your club leans to the inside of the target line, an “on plane” swing is one that travels on an arc away from the target line, back to the target line, then back away again.

Hand and arm strength are key factors in producing distance as well as being able to handle deep rough and other tough lies on the course. The Tour Pure Swing Trainer comes in a variety of weights to help strengthen these power producing muscles with each repetition.

Gripping Fundamental Finally, the Tour Pure Swing Trainer comes with a molded “form grip” helping you ensure a perfect connection to the club every time you pick it up! Put it all together and this little training tool hits the mark in every category making it a winner! In addition to this training aid’s comprehensive functionality, it also comes in a variety of colorful designs making the Tour Pure Swing Trainer a fun effective tool, perfect for any golfer in the family.
