Thompson, Gutknecht David Thompson of Mason City and Tom and Shila Trunkhill of Plymouth are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Tara Lee Thompson, to Garrett Oscar Gutknecht, son of Bruce and Deanna Gutknecht of Glen Haven, Wis. Tara is a 2002 graduate of Mason City High School and is employed with Health Services Credit Union as a financial services consultant. Garrett is a 2001 graduate of River Ridge High School in Patch Grove, Wis., and is employed as a lineman with Alliant Energy. The couple currently resides in Dubuque.
