With pole walking you can increase your energy level and increase your cardio vascular level on your own schedule. Pole Walking burns up to 48% more calories than ordinary walking, reduces tension in the neck and shoulders, lessens the impact on the knees and joints and is suitable for all ages. This is a “hands on” opportunity to learn the North America Low Impact Method of Pole Walking and try different poles to find which work best for you.
