Little Ninja’s (Ages 3-5)

This class is designed for students with NO experience in the martial arts. It is set up to help females to utilize the same basic movement for MANY scenarios. This movement is something that is a part of our everyday life, since we were infants, so it makes it easy to remember and to use. In self-defense scenarios, a quick, simple solution is the key. Not only will the victim be able to use this movement to defend herself, but she will be WILLING to do so, a key factor that many victims assume will be easy. By the end of the class, students will see that the movement makes sense, it’s easy to do and students will be willing to do it. Isn’t your safety worth two hours?
