ELSEY CLAIRE BERRY…born February 22, 1990 in Marietta, Ga…the daughter of Bill and Sue Berry who both also attended UGA… has been riding for 11 years… prefers the Hunt Seat Equitation in the English discipline…was founder of her High School IEA Equestrian team…is attending UGA on the HOPE scholarship as an Honor graduate… in 2007 placed second in 15-17 Equitation GHJA year end award…placed first in the 2008 GHJA Junior Equitation Challenge in the GHJA Finals…show series year-end Champion in the 15-17 Equitation and Children’s Hunter…J.D. Pounds finalist for the past four years…2006 placed second at the Stacey Ann Boe Equitation Challenge…considers one of her career highlights thus far as winning the national championship on the UGA Equestrian team…aspires to be in executive management at a sports marketing company…was recruited by Berry, OSU, and University of Tennessee-Martin…interests include being a member of the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and being a sweetheart for the Delta Tau Delta fraternity, football, golf, the Braves, rock and rap music, shopping and hanging out with friends.

RISSAN MARIE BLANCHARD....born September. 14, 1988 in Memphis, Tenn....the daughter of Andrew and Suzanne Blanchard...brings 12 years of riding experience to the UGA equestrian team... prefers the English discipline...2008-09: selected for the Coaches’ Award on the Hunt Seat side for “consistently rising above and beyond the call of duty for the team”... made one appearance in the Flat against Kansas State…selected to the team through tryouts held in August of ‘06...also considered attending Auburn and South Carolina...attending UGA on the state lotteryfunded HOPE scholarship...father, Andrew, played football at Valdosta State...considers beginning jumpers and making the UGA equestrian team to be the highlights of her riding career thus far... includes steak, cherry Coke, candy and the movie Wedding Crashers among her personal favorites.

NASTASIA MARTIN BOBILEV...born April 27, 1989 in Philadelphia, Pa….the daughter of Alexander Bobilev and Cynthia Martin…has been riding horses for 13 years and prefers the Hunter/Jumpers in the English discipline…2008-09: made one appearance on the Flat scoring a 76 against SMU…made the UGA team through its open tryouts in August of 2007…has competitive experience in Hunter/Jumpers in many prominent venues…spent her last year as a junior campaigning her two horses on the A circuit as a working student with her barn and as an EMT...aspires to become a medical doctor…chose UGA for its atmosphere, academics and football games.
