LEADERSHIP COACHING The EML program offers one-on-one coaching to help students maximize their potential, improve performance, and increase productivity. EML coaches respond to student concerns, helping to assess their abilities and goals and to develop specific action plans to advance those goals. All EML coaches have completed Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Certification program and are experienced in coaching executives across many industries and functional areas.
