Although there are no auctions scheduled for this weekend due to the Spring Racing carnival, we can reflect on an amazing week. Last weekend we auctioned 24 homes and sold 23 giving us a 96% clearance rate. It was a bumper weekend of auctions across Melbourne achieving an average clearance of 73%. Once again, our team smashed the average. Another highlight of the week was our mid-week twilight auction in Imperial Avenue Caulfield South. Champagne was popping before and after the auction as a huge crowd gathered to witness the exciting competition with an impressive result.
