Welcome Welcome to another edition of our weekly Emag. Although the week has seen wintery weather return briefly, the sun should be shining on our weekend auctions. And we can’t wait with so many quality properties in all price ranges on offer. We think it will be a long selling season this year with auction GARY PEER

planned well into late December. Buyers are obviously taking advantage of the healthy market and selling while the conditions are right for brilliant results. One of the highlights of the week was the release of the REIV Award finalists for 2014. Last year we came home for 4 awards
