THEATRE AND COMMUNICATION ARTS (School of Communication and the Arts) This is a hybrid program with shared coursework from the Theatre and the Communication Arts programs. ANTHONY J. Program Description Some students know they are excellent communicators, excelling in plays and musicals or on their school newspaper or broadcasting (school radio and television or internet communication/blogging/social media). They are engaged in music performance, promotion and production. If you are one of those students who loves to connect with others, creating and interpreting messages that are shared and experienced by one to thousands, the Theatre and Communication Arts program can offer you unlimited possibilities for your future careers. Theatre and Communication skills are transferable to many paths. Our experienced faculty will help you to develop your creativity in a challenging and caring environment. The Theatre, Communication and Media world is exploding with opportunities and the School of Communication and the Arts prepares you to meet the future. Juniors and Seniors are eligible for professional internships with the Erie Playhouse, the Erie Art Museum, local music outlets and advertising agencies.
