The program includes musical selections by the concert band and orchestra, Carillon Club, and seniors from Lincoln’s choirs. The Class of 2014 has chosen the stargazer lily as the class flower. The class song is “Wake me Up�, by Aloe Black. Their motto is “Success is a journey, not a destination� by Ben Sweetland. The Class of 2014 advisers are Lincoln faculty members Renate Blennert and Tammy McVeigh.
Manitowoc—Lincoln High School will graduate 348 seniors during its 103rd commencement ceremony at 1:00 p.m., June 6th, in the school bowl. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held inside the JFK building. Senior class officers David Pankratz, Karly Rosinsky, Marisa Tisler and Michaela Jagemann will lead the Pledge of Allegiance, and class president David Pankratz will give the welcome speech. Members of the Class of 2014, Lainey Braun and Dayna Jaeger, have been elected by students and staff to deliver the graduation addresses. Diplomas will be presented by Lincoln Principal Luke Valitchka and Superintendent Marcia Flaherty, as well as Board of Education members and Lincoln staff members. Special recognition will be given to five Suma Cum Laude Seniors: Jacob Paul Gottshall, Claire Griesbach,
