• If noisy, open inspection door. • Nozzle may be too large or unit may need to be vacuumed out.
• Clean or replace CAD CELL eye.

• Check coupling between pump and motor.
Is it turning? NO
• Remove motor from burner housing. • Turn pump shaft by hand.

• Check tube for any obstructions or carbon build-up on end cone.

Replace pump. Go back to Box A.
Is blast tube free of any obstruction? NO
Replace coupling.
Does shaft turn freely in direction of arrow on pump cover? NO
Clean out using a brush.
