Reservations may be made online at www.fwsymphony.org/education
or by completing the Concert Reservation Form. Each person attending the performance must purchase a seat to be admitted, regardless of age. Orders of 20 or more seats may be reserved without advanced payment. Orders of fewer than 20 seats must be paid in full at the time of your reservation. Approximately one month prior to the performance, you will receive an email confirming your reservation and your amount due. Full payment is due at this time and no refunds will be given after this date. This email will also serve as your group ticket for the event; the FWSO does not distribute individual tickets for educational events. Any changes to your reservation must be communicated to the FWSO no later than two weeks prior to the concert date. The FWSO respectfully requests children under the age of three not attend these concerts, particularly those at Bass Performance Hall.
