Faculty & Staff Foothill-De Anza Community College District Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, and De Anza College in Cupertino, are part of the Foothill-De Anza Community College District. The district is governed by a five-member board of trustees elected to staggered four-year terms by voters within the district. A student trustee from each college serves as representative to the board. Student trustees are elected annually by the associated students group of each college.
