Pre-Teller Certification is designed to assist individuals who would like to enter the banking industry. This class provides entry-level skill awareness and development, computer skills training, baking terminology, customer service skills, career exploration, employment document creation and strategies for job seeking and retention. This 30 hour course is specifically for those who are seeking employment in fields which require customer contact. Learn how to answer customer questions, establish credibility and trust, handle complaints, stay customerfocus and understand customer behaviors.
