FM Spotlight is dedicated to helping the community of FargoMoorhead enjoy the area’s entertainment, events, dining, music, nightlife, and anything but floods!

I started a magazine in March, developed a second magazine, both accompanied by corresponding websites, JANUARY 2011 ISSUE #9 hosted events, contributed Publishing to charity, met wonderful Spotlight LLC people and developed a team Editor to make it all happen! If you have not been out to the Roller Derby, you need to get to one. I did not know what to expect and I didn’t actually know the rules until halfway through the match, but I loved the fast-paced, hard hitting action. The FM Derby Girls do things on skates that I couldn’t do on my own two feet.

In your opinion, what will be the biggest sporting event in Fargo in

January?

Well, MMA is more popular now than ever and I don’t see that changing any time soon, that’s why I would say Max Fights: Proving Grounds January 22, at the Hub, will be the biggest event in Fargo this month.

What does Fargo-Moorhead need more of in the sporting world?
