63 Fireclay Product and Ordering Notes Location: Fireclay Tile’s headquarters are located in San Jose, CA (95110). Our manufacturing facility is located 40 miles south in Aromas, CA (95004).

Commitment to Sustainability and Employees: We strongly believe in a commitment to our environment and our employees in everything we do. We try to use locally sourced recycled waste materials in manufacturing whenever possible, and we pay our factory workers a fair living wage or greater.

Manufacturing and Materials: We manufacture 100% of our Debris Series Recycled Tile, Vitrail Series Handmade Tile, and glaze almost all of our Claymonde Ceramic Sheets in our day-lit factory. We try hard to reuse almost all of our water and waste material. All product is packed in recycled boxes using recycled sawdust as protective fill.

Sizes: Handmade tile size can vary, and all sizes listed in our catalog are measured for the Debris Series, though the Vitrail Series may be slightly smaller due to increased shrinkage during firing. Field tile is approximately 3/8� thick.

Color Variation: Color, shade and finish variation can be expected. We have graded each Debris and Vitrail glaze color V1 to V4 to represent the extent of possible variation. We recommend that you request a sample prior to placing your order, and that you also understand that finished orders may vary slightly from samples.

Lead Times: Lead times average 4 weeks. Please call to inquire about current lead time, as lead times may vary depending on the order.

Inspecting and Installation: Fireclay Tile does not install tile. All products should be inspected immediately upon receipt for damage, breakage, or missing tile. Any issues must be brought to our attention before installation and within 30 days of receipt of material. No claims recognized after installation.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Use a non-abrasive, non-acidic household cleaner. We do not recommend using an abrasive cleaning pad when cleaning tile. We recommend sealing the Vitrail Series tile at least 1x per year (Fireclay applies an initial coat on all Vitrail Series tile). The Debris Series does not need to be sealed.
