ffective 01 December 2012, in compliance with Foreign Service Circular 140-12 issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo wishes to inform the public of the following: - For applicants who are divorced, applicants must submit an annotated marriage certificate and a judicial decree of absolute divorce duly issued by a competent Philippine court. - For applicants who are annulled, applicants must submit an annotated marriage certificate and a judicial decree of annulment or declaration of nullity of marriage duly issued by a competent Philippine court. - For applicants who are widowed, applicants must submit the death certificate of the deceased spouse.

n line with its 2nd year anniversary celebration, the Japan Filcom Chorale (JFC), led by choirmaster Dr. Mhel Kasuya, will hold a concert on April 19 at Marui Building 10F, Kita Senju in Tokyo.
