Utilizing newly patented free-form technology (No. 7,341,344), Surmount offers the highest levels of optical performance and comfort, especially in Rx’s with high spheres, cylinder or add power. WEARER COMFORT, IMPROVED COSMETICS - Surmount lenses use Convex AddPower Curve Technology to create lenses that are up to 25% flatter than competitive back surface lenses. WIDER INTERMEDIATE & READING AREAS - Automatic variable inset placement provides the best binocular vision for reading tasks.
IMPROVED DISTANCE & PANORAMIC VISION - Advanced aspheric compensation and multi-polar astigmatic correction optimize the Rx to provide the best optical performance in the as-worn position. CHOICE OF MATERIALS & OPTIONS - Available in 1.74, 1.67, 1.60 and Trivex® materials. Options include polarized, Transitions® XTRActive™, and Transitions VI lenses (index varies).
