CATERINA OLIVIERO Caterina has worked in the industry for more than ten years and is regularly registered in the “ship agents� association. She is the manager of the JLT Yacht Agency and Everything Marine in Venice and has offices located throughout the Adriatic Sea. During these years she has created a highly skilled team, who are well prepared to serve the needs of all yachts. She has a natural attitude in calm, logic and practical problem-solving and this makes her the best customer referent ever. ERIKA FAVARO Erika started her experience in Everything Marine in 2004 and is the main reference point for chefs and chief stewardesses. Completely dedicated to food, beverage and the floral department she coordinates the delivery of the provisions in Venice and throughout the Adriatic. GIORGIO GILLI Giorgio is the pioneer of Everything Marine, bringing it from idea to inception. He is the main reference on trade relationships with the suppliers that he selected during these years for experience and maintains high quality standards.

ROBERTO CRESTA Roberto works in the Ancona office and from the beginning of his experience he has demonstrated a special skill in spare parts, technical instruments and board equipments. ANDREA FINCO Andrea is the newest member of the team and during his experience in Everything Marine Venice he has demonstrated a keen eye on selecting accessories and interior furniture. During the 2009 season he was nominated as the main reference for the interior department.

OPERATION OF PROCEDURES OUR JOB You may have a list, in which case we are more than happy to work around your specific requirements. However, if you need a little inspiration, please feel free to review our catalogue. OUR CATALOGUE The content of our catalogue have been compiled from both our supplier assortments, as well as those items for which we have regular demand. While it covers a significant proportion of our provisioning offering, it is by no means a completely comprehensive list and we are more than happy to take on specific requests as well. OUR PRICES Please note that a customized estimation of cost will be provided upon request. OWNER, GUESTS, CREW We acknowledge that your orders may cover requests for both guests, owners and crew and that your budgets may vary considerably across these orders. If you are happy to specify a difference between your lists, we will work to match the goods to your needs. YOUR ORDERS We will need to receive your order in writing, with details on your specific requirements. We request a minimum order
of â‚Ź 2.000,00 (ex VAT), as soon as we receive your confirmation you will be provide with your customized quotation with our notes on delivery date. In general the more notice we have for an order the better, as we can be more sure of obtaining all the items required. However, for standard deliveries (no customized items/no personalized sizes, cuts) we request a minimum of 1 working week notice from order to delivery. Within this time we can source most general items, although more detailed or specific requests can take longer. When you are ready to place your order, you can email info@ everythingmarine.it or fax it +39 041 27 12 641. YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION When your order is received, we will review your requests and call you to discuss your order. We will then confirm with you the delivery dates and times. At this point we will allocate an order number and start to place orders with our suppliers; an estimation of costs will be provided and 50% deposit is due to confirm your order. Orders then cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. DELIVERY Delivery is done via courier and our referent will be there upon delivery in order to help during the procedure. Delivery costs need to be quantified following the order and separately.
LAST MINUTE ADDITIONAL ITEMS You may find that you have last minute items to add to order, whether they are the drinks for the crew, or an ancient vase for the owner’s wife, items to be added to the charter food order. We are always more than happy to try to accommodate these additions and will do our utmost to include them within your delivery. SUBSTITUTIONS As far as food and beverage is concerned we will always try to inform you, prior to delivery, of any items we have been unable to source and present the alternatives available. There may be occasions when this is not possible and we will suggest appropriate alternatives or brands.
TRADE CONDITIONS PAYMENTS 50% of the estimation of cost is due at the confirmation of the order. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery and as soon as invoice is issued. The buyer shall indemnify EM against all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred or sustained by the company in recovering sums due in each case without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the company. Payments can be made by both wire transfer or credit card (no amex) – accessory costs will be charged to the buyer. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS Once the order has been placed and confirmed with your stamp and signature on it and the 50% of the amount has been paid – it is not possible to cancel the order and the reminder of the payment must take place according to the agreed terms (as soon as the invoice is issued from the accounting department). In case items that do not respect your requests or damaged/broken items EM must be informed immediately (the referent and the courier as well). Complains on goods must be made on the same day of the delivery in writing, by letter or email.
TAXES EM applies regular Italian taxes policy. Vessels that are eligible for tax free goods need to provide EM with a copy of the ship’s registration papers at the time of the order. EM is able to invoice free of VAT, however is not able to apply a rebate retrospectively. All the custom paper costs will be charged to the buyer. There are serious consequences for false declarations including the impounding of the vessel. CLAIMS The law governing all disputes in the Italian competent law.
