The bash was held in Bru Bar & Bistro on Friday, November 19th with more than 300 locals joining in the celebrations. One girl in the party mood was Gillian Rogers who won E’s Facebook competition – VIP Limo transportation for four people with Champagne greeting. Shocked after her win, Deirdre said: ‘I’m absolutely thrilled, I have never been skiing before so I’ll be looking forward to taking to the slopes for the first time. I normally go on sun holidays so this will be a new adventure for me!’ Meanwhile, Essential MD Padraic Kierans and editor Carmel Riggs took the opportunity to thank everyone for making the magazine such a success, and spoke passionately about their plans to extend to Dundalk. Drogheda Chamber president Graham Hughes and Mayor of Drogheda Paul Bell also extended their congratulations to the E team and wished Essential continued success going forward.
