Community Breakfast – The Rome

Grange, 2821 Mt. Baker Hwy., presents its monthly Community Breakfast on Sun., Sept. 1, 8am-1pm. Meet and greet local politicians, as they serve you coffee and breakfast. annual Greek Festival will be held Thurs.Sun., Sept. 5-8, 11am-9pm, at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, 501 E. Sunset Dr., Bellingham. Activities include food, beer garden, live music, dancing, gifts, books, and raffle for a travel certificate. There will be a children’s area with bouncy houses, slides and face painting. Sh’Bang – The sixth annual Soapbox

Sh’Bang explodes this year with outlandish shenanigans including eye-popping off-road derby action, an international array of live bands, vaudeville, circus, sideshow, burlesque, swimming, dancing, clay wrestling, creative kid’s zone, food vendors, fire show, theme camps, whimsical workshops, carnival games, and a whole lot of extras.
