Ordering by Telephone: Mail Order opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm (closed Sat and Sun). During these hours, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Maestro card holders may telephone their order to our Mail Order Hotline on 0844 372 1010 or fax on 0161 743 3839. We will ask for your full name and address (this address must be the same as that registered with the credit card company), your Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Maestro card number and details of your order. Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party, unless required for credit card security check. We can deliver to an alternative delivery address, for UK addresses only. Carriage Charges: For mainland UK deliveries we use Interlink Express and Royal Mail for delivery during working hours, Monday to Friday. Skis and snowboards are sent via TNT. Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt of the parcel unless otherwise instructed at the time of ordering. If you request a parcel to be left in a safe place, this is at your own risk. Parcels will not normally be left without someone being able to accept delivery over the threshold. If you are not normally at home during the day, please provide an alternative delivery address where you, or someone you know, can receive the goods. We send email notification of parcel despatch at no extra cost, with Interlink Express also sending SMS notification. Please provide a valid email address and mobile phone number to take advantage of this service.
Shipping Costs: £3.95 for orders up to the value of £80.00 using Royal Mail £6.00 for orders over £80.00 using Interlink Express (£12.00 Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands & Northern Ireland) £5.45 for Gift Vouchers using Royal Mail Special Delivery When confirming availability of your order, we will also try and let you know the anticipated delivery date. This is usually 24 hours from despatch, not from the time of placing your order, with remote areas taking 2 working days. During busy periods and in the run up to Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer. Any delivery discrepancies must be notified within 7 days of receipt of your goods. If you need your goods by a particular date, please inform us when you place your order so we can make every effort to get your goods to you in time.
International Deliveries: Deliveries to the European Union are made via Interlink Express and their partner DPD. Flat rates exist to most destinations and can be found at www.ellis-brigham.com/carriage.htm For all other destinations, the postage costs are determined by the size and weight of the parcel and you will be contacted prior to despatch regarding this. All services require a signature upon receipt. Please note that if we are unable to complete standard security checks on a credit card, we may require additional information to be sent to ourselves. Exceptions: We recommend that you do not purchase wintersports and outdoor footwear by mail order. Back Orders: We carry one of the largest stocks of mountain equipment and clothing in the UK, however despite our best efforts, an item can become sold out and we will inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time.

Returns: With Ellis Brigham, returns are hassle free. If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange then you can either send it back to our mail order address (below), or to save paying for postage you can take it in to one of our retail stores. If neither of these options suits, we can arrange to collect the item(s) from an address of your choice for a charge of £8. Just call 0844 372 1010 to arrange. And if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we will send them out free of charge, so there are no additional carriage charges to pay*.

All returns must be made within 21 days of receipt, and all refunds are issued within 2 working days of the item(s) coming back to us.
