The facility offers 9,000 square feet of rentable space. The large assembly room is 5,000 square feet and will accommodate 345 people. The smaller breakout rooms total 600 square feet and have a small kitchen area. Also available is the larger caterer’s prep kitchen. Spacious men’s and women’s restrooms easily serve large groups. Round or banquet tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, as well as set up and cleaning. The Civic Center is equipped with a built-in sound system. A permanent dance floor will accommodate weddings and other celebratory events. Door side parking is plentiful and free. Other equipment includes three portable podiums, a portable stage with steps, drop down big screen and an overhead projector. In addition there is a TV/VCR with utility carts.
